Return and Exchange Policy
1.We are not responsible for any lost packages or not received items by our individual. All returns must be sent prepaid by a trackable carrier.
2.Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Any Expedited shipping or Insurance fees can not be refunded.
3.We will deduct the shipping and handling ($8.00+insurance if any) from purchased price which we originally waived for you as a special discount for free shipping.
4.We accept returns and exchange within 30 days of purchase.
5.Items must be exact condition(unused, unworn) as they were received and with all original material. Must use hard box for not to damage original paper box(Oakley, Ray Ban...). We may not accept return or full refund if all the above conditions are not satisfied.
6.Prescription (Custom made) lenses are not refundable.
All terms apply same as return policy for item to be returned for exchange.
We suggest that you order a new product you would like first and return the old item with the same condition as you received. This will save the product you want before somebody purchases it. We only sell what we have and some items may not be available if it was discontinued.
